Caryl Lattof, DTM
A member since 2011, Caryl Lattof has served many times as an officer of her home Club, Boston West Toastmasters, and as Area Director and Division Director for District 31.
Over the years, Caryl has experienced the remarkable power of Toastmasters in both her personal and professional life, as many longtime members do.
Yet, even programs as effective as Toastmasters can be improved.
Specifically, she observed that Toastmasters is a rather siloed organization, where Clubs have little opportunity to learn from each other.
Coffee with Caryl is designed to plant the seed of cross-pollination to begin to address that gap. Among the 156 Clubs across District 31, Caryl seeks to identify and share the practices that are proving effective to strengthen membership and lead to highly functioning Clubs.
